1. Adult-only platform

LinkToKink is strictly for adults 18 years of age or older. By using the platform, you represent that you are at least 18 and legally allowed to access adult-oriented material where you live.

2. Private membership and approvals

Access is by application and approval. Submitting an application does not guarantee admission. We may approve, deny, pause, or revoke access at our discretion to protect community safety, consent standards, and site integrity.

3. Account accuracy and security

You agree to provide truthful application and profile information, keep your password private, and promptly update inaccurate account details. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your login.

4. Consent-first conduct

You must use the platform respectfully and lawfully. Harassment, threats, coercion, stalking, non-consensual sexual behavior, impersonation, blackmail, and illegal activity are prohibited. We may remove content or accounts that conflict with these standards.

5. Posts, messages, and member content

You are responsible for anything you post, upload, send, or share through the community feed, profiles, messages, or event tools. Do not post unlawful material, exploitative content, another person’s private information, or anything that violates someone else’s rights, safety, or consent.

6. Visibility and privacy settings

The platform offers profile, friends-list, messaging, and post visibility controls, but no online system can guarantee absolute privacy. You are responsible for choosing what you share and understanding that other members may view content according to your selected settings.

7. Events and member interactions

Event listings, RSVPs, and member connections are provided for convenience. LinkToKink does not guarantee the conduct, identity, safety, legality, or reliability of event hosts, venues, or other members. Offline interactions are at your own risk.

8. Moderation, enforcement, and records

For security, moderation, and abuse prevention, we may retain records related to account creation and use, including application metadata, acceptance timestamps, IP addresses, and device or browser information. We may investigate complaints and take action without prior notice where needed.

9. No warranty

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that content posted by members will be accurate, safe, or suitable for your expectations.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use as the platform evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the service.

Acceptance record

During signup, acceptance of these Terms of Use is required and is recorded with a timestamp and request metadata for moderation and compliance purposes.
